New to Faith or Church?
Walking with God doesn’t require being religious or having everything figured out. Whether you just accepted Christ or have questions about what’s next, we are here to encourage you.
1. Assurance of Salvation
Rest in God’s unchanging promise: salvation is a gift of grace through Jesus Christ, not dependent on our own perfection (1 John 5:13).
2. Believer’s Baptism
A joyful public testimony picturing the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ—the biblical first step of obedience for every believer.
3. Read the Gospel of John
Feed your faith with God’s Word. We recommend beginning in John to witness Jesus’ life, love, and miracles. Free study Bibles available!
4. Community & Discipleship
Join our Sunday School at 10:00 AM or get paired with a mentor who will walk alongside you and answer your questions without judgment.
Claim Your Free King James Study Bible & Growth Guide
We would be thrilled to gift you a handsome physical Bible and a 30-day new believer devotional guide. Pick one up at the Welcome Center this Sunday or have it mailed to your Chico address.
